ACER - POM
At ACER, I actively led the end-to-end UX design roadmap across multiple projects. One of the key initiatives I contributed to was the Preschool Outcome Measurement (POM) project collaborated with Department of Education, which supports high-quality early childhood education through research-based insights. As the Lead UX Designer, I was involved from initial discovery through to final delivery—conducting user research, driving design, and iterating based on feedback to ensure the product was market-ready.
ACER - Teaching Resource Center
The design of the TRC rebuild was intentionally made versatile to accommodate a wide range of project requirements. The primary goal was to enhance the user experience for current PAT users while expanding the target market to include international schools serving students in grades 1–10. The process involved investigating how TRC caters to diverse user needs, evaluating and redesigning key design elements, including content hierarchy, layout, and accessibility—and iterating through user testing to validate the improvements.

OET Web Transition
I am actively involved in the Web Transition project at OET, which spans multiple phases and products. My role includes leading the user experience vision, design, and implementation for a rapidly expanding product portfolio as part of the Digital Team.
NextGen CBT - AI
The project focuses on replatforming the assessment and learning systems using AI-driven adaptive learning algorithms to enhance the test-taking experience for global candidates. The project includes a feasibility study for implementing these algorithms across key sub-tests: Reading, Listening, Writing, and Speaking. This effort aims to deliver a more personalized and effective digital assessment experience while ensuring compliance with accessibility standards (WCAG) and technology-based assessment guidelines.
Voice of Customer
As a lead UX designer I actively Involved to VoC Forum at OET. I spearheaded a comprehensive analysis of user inquiries from the past few months. The data revealed that a significant portion of user complaints were related to password recovery of our old systems which I already finished my UX design thinking but waiting for dev to complete. I led the redesign of the password recovery flow, simplifying the process and making it more user-friendly which led to reduce inquiries by 60%.

This project primarily focused on enhancing the user experience for our external-facing B2B platform, including Test Day, Venue operations, and Candidate Management.
